This was my first visit to Yosemite National Park but unfortunately we only had a day and a half to visit. It is a beautiful park and I want to return when I have a lot more time to explore and capture a lot more images.

  • One of the best views is at the "Tunnel View" overlook. As you can see, it is a great place to capture beautiful images of Yosemite Valley.
  • This is a 3-image panorama of Yosemite Valley taken from the "Tunnel View" overlook. The waterfall is Bridal Veil Falls.

  • This is a 4-image HDR image taken from the "Tunnel View" overlook. Half Dome is obscured from view by the clouds in the center of the image.
  • This is a 5-image HDR image with a little "over-the-top" processing but I like the result.
  • This 2-image panorama was taken at one of many turnouts in Yosemite Valley. The waterfall is Upper Yosemite Falls.

  • Just before leaving the park we saw this American Black Bear about 100 yards off the side of the road.
