These images were taken on September 27, 28, and 29, 2006 at Fort Benning. These are some of the qualification jumps for the soldiers going through Airborn training. They jumped from an altitude of 1250 feet from a C130. While most of Fort Benning is in Georgia, the drop zone is in Alabama. The graduation was in the Georgia part Fort Benning.

  • Thursday, September 28,2006 was a LONG day due to high wind delays.  This image was taken late in the afternoon just after the paratroopers jumped from a C-130 at 1250 feet.

  • Kevin after his fifth and final qualification jump.  The only thing left is GRADUATION!!!!  He's now a real paratrooper!
  • The Army's precision exhibition sky-dive team, The Silver Wings leaving to fly to an altitude of 12,500 feet to start the graduation ceremony.
