  • We saw several fields of these Plains Coreopsis flowers. When backlit by the sun they were exceptionally bright. A picture just can't do justice to what it looked like. This is an image created by stitching four images together in AutoPano Pro.
  • We saw many fields of these Prairie Coneflowes between Abilene and Austin.
  • We saw several fields of these Plains Coreopsis flowers. This is a close-up showing what they look like. The shoulders of the road from Abilene to Austin was covered almost continuously by these flowers.
