We recently put bird feeders near out house and made sure they were close enough to photograph the visiting birds from inside the house. Word got out quickly and there are almost always several birds and a few squirrels at our feeders.

Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (Female)
I have been trying to get a decent image of this female Yellow-bellied Sapsucker when she visits my feeders for the past few months but she always leaves before I can get a decent shot. She finally held still long enough for me to take several images. Of course it was an overcast day...I'll keep trying....
